Auto Copy - Options














Format: (Default: $crlfCopied from: $title - <$url>)
The comment can contain the following variables:
$title - Document title
Example: stratus nine: auto copy

$url - Document URL
Example: http://stratusnine.com/software/auto-copy/

$crlf - Inserts a blank line

Some sites, like Google Docs, have issues with Auto Copy. The blacklist allows you to define sites (or pages) that Auto Copy will be disabled on.

Auto Copy is a Chrome extension that will automatically copy any selected text to the clipboard.

Auto Copy has several features that are configurable from the options page:

Notes

The extension only works on pages with http:// or https:// in the URL. Also, content-scripts are automatically disabled in the Chrome Web Store for security reasons. Please keep this in mind when testing the extension.

When an option is changed, web pages must be reloaded before the changed option will take effect.
